Welcome to Elliot’s Echo. By accessing or using this website, purchasing a tarot reading, or participating in any service offered, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or making a purchase.
1. Nature of Services
Elliot’s Echo provides tarot readings and intuitive guidance for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes.
These services are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance.
You acknowledge that:
- Tarot readings are interpretive in nature
- Outcomes are not guaranteed
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any service offered on this website.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout before a session is confirmed.
Elliot’s Echo uses secure third‑party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms and policies as well.
4. Appointment Scheduling
When you purchase a tarot reading, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- A link to schedule your session (if applicable)
- A Zoom link or meeting details
Appointments are considered confirmed once scheduled through the provided system.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
To respect both your time and mine:
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non‑refundable.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost.
No‑Shows
- If you do not attend your scheduled session, the service is considered delivered and is non‑refundable.

6. Digital Products & Instant Readings
If you purchase a digital reading, downloadable file, or instant message reading:
- Delivery is considered complete once the file or message is sent
- These products are non‑refundable
7. Zoom Sessions
You are responsible for:
- Having a stable internet connection
- Joining the session on time
- Ensuring your device is functioning properly
If technical issues on your end prevent the session from happening, the session may be rescheduled at my discretion but is not guaranteed.
8. Personal Responsibility
By using this website or booking a reading, you agree that:
- You are responsible for your own choices
- You will not hold Elliot’s Echo liable for any decisions made based on the reading
- You understand that tarot is interpretive and subjective
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
All readings are confidential.
Your personal information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed except where required by law.
